Family & cosmetic dentistry in Birch Harbor, MI
Two dentists, a hygiene team who remember your name, and appointments that actually start when they were booked. Whether it has been six months or six years, you will be treated the same way here.
New here
Send the appointment form or call. We will offer two or three times, including early mornings and Friday afternoons.
We email your forms and your insurance questions the day before, so the first visit starts in the chair instead of the lobby.
Exam, cleaning and a walk through anything we found, with costs written down before you decide on a single thing.
What to bring
No insurance? Say so when you call. We will quote the visit as a flat fee before you book it.
What we do
A full cleaning, a look at every tooth and a plain-language rundown of what we saw. Twice a year keeps almost everything else off this list.
About 50 minutesSmall cavities handled in one visit with composite that matches the tooth, so nothing about your smile announces the repair.
30 to 45 minutesFor a tooth that is cracked, worn or holding a large old filling together. We shape it, fit it and check the bite until it feels like yours.
Two visits, 60 minutes eachCoffee, tea and time all leave a mark. In-office or custom take-home trays, with the sensitivity managed instead of ignored.
One 75-minute visitStraighten crowding or a shifting bite with a series of clear trays. Most adult cases run six to fourteen months with check-ins every six weeks.
20-minute check-insPain, a chip, a lost crown or a knocked-out tooth. Call in the morning and we will find room for you the same weekday.
Seen the same dayGentle by design
Almost everyone who walks in has a story about a bad appointment somewhere else. So the whole visit is built around giving you control of it.
Topical gel first, then a slow injection with a warmed anesthetic. Most people say they missed the moment it happened.
Raise a hand and everything stops. No finishing the section, no just one more second.
Noise-canceling headphones, a blanket and a pillow are in every operatory. Bring whatever you want to listen to.
Nothing gets scheduled until you have seen the number in writing and what insurance is expected to cover.

Who you will see
Two dentists and a hygiene team who have worked together for years. You are not handed to whoever is free that day.
General & Cosmetic Dentistry
Practicing since 2009 and the reason this office exists. Known for a light hand with fillings and for explaining a treatment plan twice if that helps.
General & Restorative Dentistry
Handles crowns, bridges and the cases other offices call complicated. Joined in 2017 after eight years in a hospital dental clinic.
Lead Dental Hygienist
Runs the hygiene team and most of the schedule. If you are nervous about cleanings, ask for her and say so up front.
Team profiles are placeholders. Swap in your own dentists, hygienists and headshots.
Insurance & payment
We file your claim for you and hand you a written estimate at the same time we hand you a treatment plan. If a plan is not on this list, call and ask. Out-of-network benefits often cover more than people expect.
This list is a placeholder. Replace it with the plans your office actually accepts before you launch.
Flat fees for exams and cleanings, quoted on the phone before you book.
Larger treatment can be split across months with no interest through a third-party plan.
From our patients
Reviews shown here are placeholders. Replace them with your own Google reviews.
“I put off the dentist for six years and told them that on the phone. Nobody made a thing of it. They did the cleaning in two visits so it was not overwhelming, and I actually went back in six months.”
“Cracked a molar on a Tuesday morning and had a temporary crown by that afternoon. The estimate they handed me was the number I paid. That is rarer than it should be.”
“Both kids get seen back to back and the hygienist tells them what she is doing before she does it. Our seven-year-old asks when the next appointment is, which we still find funny.”

Send the form and we will call you back with two or three times that work. No lecture about how long it has been.
