A neighborhood practice that never wanted to be a chain.
Bright Harbor Dental opened on 123 Main Street in 2009 with one dentist, one hygienist and a waiting room borrowed from the office next door. Two dentists and a full hygiene team later, we still run it the same way: one practice, one town, everybody knows your name at the desk.
We are not owned by a group, so nobody sends us monthly production targets. That single fact shapes almost everything a patient notices here.

Dr. Elias Rowe
General & Restorative Dentistry
Handles crowns, bridges and the cases other offices call complicated. Joined in 2017 after eight years in a hospital dental clinic.
Marisol Vega, RDH
Lead Dental Hygienist
Runs the hygiene team and most of the schedule. If you are nervous about cleanings, ask for her and say so up front.

How we practice
Three rules we do not bend.
They sound obvious written down. Ask around and you will hear how often they are not what people got somewhere else.

Nothing happens without a price attached
Every plan is written down with a number next to it, and what your insurance is expected to cover, before anything gets booked.

The conservative option first
If a watch-and-wait is genuinely reasonable, that is what we recommend. We would rather see a small filling next year than a crown you did not need.

You set the pace
Break the treatment across months if that is what works. There is no version of this where you are pushed into a schedule you cannot afford.
The space
Five rooms, all of them with a window.
The office was rebuilt in 2019 around one idea: nobody should spend an hour staring at a ceiling tile. Every operatory has daylight, headphones and a blanket, and the sterilization room is behind glass so you can see it working.

In the community
Free sealant days, and a lot of hockey mouthguards.
Every fall we run two free sealant mornings for kids in the Birch Harbor school district, and we make custom mouthguards at cost for any local team that asks. It is not marketing. It is just cheaper than fixing a front tooth at sixteen.
